To better understand the freedom of flight, begin the process by taking an AFI Introductory Flight Lesson. We will show you step by step how to achieve you Private Pilots License.  Feel free to bring a guest.

Your AFI Introductory Flight Lesson Includes a discussion of:

• The FAA requirements for a Private Pilots license
• A demonstration of the Cessna Computer Based Instruction (CBI) program
• A tour of the AFI Campus

It also includes a Hands-On Flight a 30-minute flight in the Cessna 172 S model aircraft consisting of:

• Take-offs
• Straight and level flight
• Turns, climbs and descents
• Landings
